About Jenna

Jenna has a keen interest in movement and keeping people mobile throughout their lifespan. She has been teaching Yoga for the last 7 years and noticed too many people had pain or restricted movement and wanted to do more to help. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy and working as a Remedial massage therapist during the interim.

Previously having worked with the AFL teams in Melbourne, and athletes in Shepparton, she understands the importance of maintaining strength and condition on and off the field.

From a young age, Jenna loved the outdoors and has always been involved in some form of sporting endeavour.  She travelled for years competing in snowboarding events in Australia, North America and Japan. Acquiring a few injuries herself, she understands the importance of proactive rehabilitation and treatment for the best outcome. Jenna has decided to return to her hometown, to bring a form of holistic health care to her community. Whether it be from long periods in a vehicle or behind a desk to sporting injuries, or general aches and pains she will be able to help. Using throrough assessment, treatment may include patient education, hands on manual therapy techniques such as cupping, soft tissue work or exercise prescription to maximise outcomes.
